Excelletn old raleigh-issued saddlebag, cae with most 3-speeds, sports and tourist bicycles. It's a vinyl bag, big enough to fit a camera, wrench, spare tire tube, a sandwich and drink for bike. Top two wrap straps and seat post strap are made of leather and have cracks in them. The top two straps that slip through the brooks leather saddle are made of vinyl and are fine. Some very slight surface rust dust on only a few of the irvet tops. Inside is clean as a whistle. Has slight rip on back bar patr that holds mounting straps.Does not interfere in any way with performnace whatsoever. Priced according to rarity nad condition.
