Antique Bicycle Fixed Gear 1900S Scorcher Wood Rim 28This is a 1900 ear era fixed gear scorcher style bike, made for road riding more than track, matching spool hubs, dirty but with some nickle showing, nice crankset with a great pattern which should help id the bike maker because the head badge has been removed, probably by the person who painted the bike brush black. The pedals match and the wood 28 wheels have some side to side but are round and remarkably true for there age. The drop bars have nice period grips. This bike is as found including what appears to be an original leather tool case with period spanner. The leather is worn and torn and the seat is separated, only a partial base and top with a mostly complete horse hair pad for a pattern. This bike would ride with tweaking and tires but is worthy of a restoration effort.
