50S Roadmaster Flying Falcon Bicycle Nice Middle WeightThis is an amf roadmaster (cleveland welding) flying falcon middle weight. It looks like late 50s to me. It is roadmaster's answer to the schwinn corvette. It has a little spider web decal on the set tube like the corvette, bow pedals and a spring clamp carrier. I haev checked out this carrier since i took the pictures. It is actually a wald front carrier. It does not fit on the front of this bicycle. I would say it does not belong on htis bicycle. You can sell it if you don't want it. An old wald carrier like this si worth something.
I cleaned it since the picture was taken. Teh chrome cleaned up pretty well. The bicycle is ni pretty nice condition. The paint and graphics are not bad. hTe chrome is pretty good too. There is some sfuace rust on the rims that will clean up. I cleaned a part of the rims as you can see inthe pictures. Good fenders with the creasedown the center. 26 x 1.75 wheelsrazor back stemsingle speed coaster brake red band bendix hub. Notice the red bow pedals. Chrome rear carrier. It has some surface rust that will clean up. iNce old roadmaster head badgethe rear wheel is original, however the front wheel is different from the rear. tI is not original.
It is a cool bicycle. I have not seen another one like it. It might might be a somewhat rare bicycle.
