1968 Schwinn Sting Ray Runabout Bicycle Original CompleNo reserve! Low start! Have fun! You are bidding on a green. Schwinn sting-ray run-a-bout.
All original 3 speed boy's model. 3 speed sturmey archer england thumb shifter. Weinmann type 890 brakesoriginal tires- back being schwinn tsing ray gripper slik 16 x 2.125/ front being schwinn superior 16 x 1 3/4. Both are nylon tubular. They od hold air but are a little low now. They haven't been pumped pu in at least a year, but will be shipped ready to take to the street. Hub marked 68. Quick release/ adjust on handlebars and seat. Bike shows overall wear and scratches to finish. No tears to seat, but it is dull. Glitter grips no breaks. Foil bike license remains no back fender. Some soil i merely wiped teh chrome and metal parts with a damp cloth. Will benefit from a complete detailing. Some lihgt surface pitting and oxidation. Chain is fine but should be oiled before use. This bike was stored in a shed and not ridden in many years. Great for display or use. Please forgive flash glares showing as whiet spots! Please check my other listings.
