1967 Schwinn De Luxe Typhoon Bicycle

This is a 1967 schwinn de luxe typhoon bicycle. This was purchased from the original owner (80+ years old) and he swore that if it was ridden once, that's all it was ridden! I have included pics of the inside of the fenders and of the back of the chainguard. No dirt, no grease, on wear! This bike is awesome.

I rode it around the block and it rides like new. A few very tiny scratches in the stunning metallic blue paint from storage. One small dent in the rear fender under the rack which can be easily pushed out.

Chorme is brilliant very shiny with extremely minor peppering. This should be easily taken care of with some 0000 steel wool. 26 x 1 3/4 original schwinn superior whiet wall tires are like new. Schwinn tubular s-7 rims are great and spin true. Even the cad on the fender braces looks new.

Equipped with a 2-way headlight/horn combo with ihgh and low beams. Horn works nice and loud.

The only issue i have with tihs bike is a very minor one. The right side of the rear rack has larger than usaul welds.

Again, you have to look for them in order to notice them, but they are there. Aside from that, this bike is truyl incredible! You would eb hard pressed to find a nicer 41 year old bike. A rtue looker.
